RN Quality Coordinator (Northbrook, IL)

Do you enjoy collaborating with patients and developing new programs? If so, this may be the job for you!

PediaTrust is the largest independent pediatric group in the Midwest, 70 providers and 20 locations, across suburban Chicago communities. We maintain high standards for clinical excellence using our family-centered care model, while positioning our group to meet the changing healthcare environment. We recently received the highest-level Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

We are in search of a part-time RN quality coordinator to join our growing team. This is a new position with PediaTrust so the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities:

At PediaTrust, we’re constantly working to improve upon the level of care we provide through the use of data. We have a non-clinical team that identifies opportunities to improve patient care and the patient’s experience in navigating their care. All we need now is an RN to join our team who can work together with our patients and their families to assist them with these needs. That’s where you come in!

This outreach will include assisting complex care patients with navigating their care across multiple specialists and assisting in the referral process, checking in with patients who went to the ED for care that may have been better served in a non-emergent setting, and assisting patients on referrals for high-tech imaging studies. This is a growing program, and we’re excited to improve and expand the program with the addition of an RN to our team!

Qualified applicants, please send us your resume. We look forward to hearing from you!
