JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

We need an experienced Marketing Coordinator who wants to make a difference. Who wants to help pediatricians take better care of kids. Who, through their talents, will use the power of social media to reach patients.

You’ll be working on collateral materials we can use in our offices to help educate our patients and their parents, doing market research so that we can improve children’s health in our communities, and creating and curating social media content about exciting new developments at our practices.

Office Coordinator (Highland Park, IL/Vernon Hills, IL)

JOB TITLE: Office Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator provides direct Patient Representative support at all sites as needed. Responsible for the overall training of front office staff services. Supports the Practice Manager and staff in day-to-day operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

● Performs at subject matter expert level on all Patient Representative duties.

● Supports and maintains the policies, procedures, and regulations of the practice.

● Assists in recruiting, provides training, orientation of staff, and maintains accurate staff training and competency logs.

● Creates and monitors staff schedules in accordance with the needs of the practice.

● Monitors patient schedules for accuracy; works collaboratively with the clinical team to correct errors and ensure efficient patient flow.

● Is fully versed in EMR and Digital Health workflows and initiatives; stays abreast of changes and updates to provide staff the most accurate coaching and training.

● Orders supplies and equipment; trains staff to maintain accurate PAR levels; and assists the Practice Manager in arranging repair and maintenance of equipment.

● Communicates with the Practice Manager on the status of front desk operations and staff performance.

● Models and supports PediaTrust Core Values and coaches others to do the same.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS

● Provides coaching and training for front desk problem-solving.

● Meets with vendors and non-PediaTrust representatives at the direction of the Practice Manager.

● Works collaboratively with the Revenue Cycle Department to provide accurate and updated training and support to office staff.

● Performs other duties as assigned.

Part-time Registered Nurse (Wheaton, IL)
