Director Practice Operations (Multiple Locations)

 

The director shall provide management and oversight of physician practices under ownership or management of PediaTrust, LLC.  The incumbent shall address and resolve all issues pertaining to practice operations in accordance with established budgets and policies and procedures of the company.  The director shall demonstrate visibility and build trust among all PediaTrust team members and with physicians, manage and develop the human resources of the practices, promote the optimization of Epic including reporting needs, participate in the successful implementation of strategic goals, establish and maintain budgets for practices, implement new clinical and other programs, integrate newly acquired physician practices into PediaTrust, and complete other duties as assigned.  This position reports to the executive director/CEO.

Qualifications include a Graduate degree in relevant field and at least 3 years’ experience of direct practice management experience.

Practice Manager (Multiple Locations)

High volume pediatric practice recruiting full patient representative. Part-time and full-time applicants will be considered. Interested applicants should possess:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Computer skills
