Billing Clerk (Northbrook, IL)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for monitoring and ensuring timely and efficient processing of all assigned duties and support accounts payable.  Reports directly to billing manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Works with the Billing Manager to distribute all correspondence.
  • Return mail forward to manger.
  • Scanning and electronic filing of EOB and bank deposit for all service areas.
  • Verify, note and return zero balance check to guarantor.
  • Mail out certified dismissal letters.
  • Generate patient refund letter and mail out in timely manner.
  • Distribute faxes.
  • File assigned paper work for accounts payable.
  • Weekly invoice tally for accounts payable for all service area.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED completion is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and high level of organizational skills required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time Registered Nurse (Oak Park, IL)

We are a well-established pediatric practice with locations in Oak Park and Addison. We are seeking a qualified, compassionate individual who enjoys working with children to fill a Registered Nurse position (approximately 32 hours) primarily at our Oak Park location. 1-2 evenings (until 6:00) per week and alternating Saturdays required.

A current RN license and CPR certificate required.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Administering immunizations

Part-time Registered Nurse (Wheaton, IL)

We have been a part of the Wheaton community for over 30 years, and have locations in both Wheaton and Batavia.  We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team, who will bring knowledge and compassion, and provide our families with a nurturing experience at every visit.  We are looking to fill a part-time position for 25-30 hours per week.  Two closing evenings are required, as well as joining the Saturday and Sunday rotations once training is complete.

  • Ensuring exceptional customer service for all visitors to the practice
  • Working with providers and management to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of patients
  • Coordinating with computer vendors to ensure proper functioning of computer systems and hardware
  • Communicating with the Practice Manager on the status of front desk operations
