Our Doctors

Dr. Steven Schraiber received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in 1986. He then attended medical school at the University of Illinois College Of Medicine, graduating in 1990. He went on to complete his training in pediatrics at Lutheran General Hospital in 1993. Dr. Schraiber is Board Certified in pediatrics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Schraiber grew up in the Chicago area and currently lives in Deerfield with his wife and three children. He enjoys biking and sailing with his family.

Practice Philosophy: Prevention is the best medicine. This empowers families to have an active role in their care. Dr. Schraiber finds the practice of pediatrics to be enjoyable and fulfilling.
