As part of our efforts to keep all of you as safe and healthy as possible, we will be implementing several changes at our offices effective immediately:

Our office will be open 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Our Saturday hours remain 9am-1pm.

In an effort to minimize any risk to you and your family, please remember that we offer virtual visits using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Please visit www.pediatrust.com/virtualvisits for more information on how virtual visits work and how to register.

If you suspect you or your child may have the Coronavirus, call us prior to bringing your child to the office or E.R. We will be able to discuss where he/she can receive the most appropriate care, and we will be there to help you coordinate that care.

Walk-In visits will be temporarily suspended until further notice. Our offices will still be open during their regular “walk-in” hours, but we ask that you call us ahead of time to answer screening questions about recent travel and potential exposure to Coronavirus and we will schedule you for the next available appointment.

We are trying our best to limit the number of people in our offices, so we ask that you please limit the number of family members present. If possible, leave siblings who do not need to be seen at home and have only one parent/guardian come in with the patient. Since the elderly are more at risk, if possible, please try not to have grandparents bring your child in.

We will be scheduling all well visits in the morning and sick visits in the afternoon/evening.

We also offer virtual visits, where you can connect with your pediatrician via video conferencing on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. For more information and registration instructions, visit www.pediatrust.com/virtualvisits. Once you have registered, simply call our office to schedule your virtual visit, just like you would with any other appointment!

For our After-hours Care service in Libertyville and Wheaton, the doors will now be locked and will have instructions posted on calling to answer our screening questions before you will be seen by one of our physicians until further notice. The Arlington Heights After-hours Care clinic is temporarily closed. For more information including the recently updated hours, visit https://pediatrust.com/services/after-hours-care/.

As a precaution, we do have protective equipment on hand if there is a suspected case of Coronavirus, and we have CDC-recommended protocols in place. We are continuing to sanitize everything in our office regularly for your safety.
