Melissa Solomon, CPNP
Melissa Solomon is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has been with Elm Street Pediatrics since January of 2014. She grew up on the North Shore of Chicago, attending New Trier High School. She continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing. Prior to joining Elm Street Pediatrics, Melissa worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), the country’s #1 ranked children’s hospital. It was here that she really developed a passion for educating families and practicing preventative medicine. Melissa currently lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband Matthew. In her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga and sculpting. Also of significant importance, Melissa helped sculpt the Harry Caray statue now seen at Wrigley Field. She is surely a welcome addition to the Elm Street Pediatrics family!
