At PediaTrust, we are proud to be able to be a patient-centered medical home (PCMH). This means we provide healthcare for your child based on well documented medical evidence. We provide this through parents and patient education. Focusing on all aspects of your child’s well-being. We coordinate your children’s care across all of their healthcare settings, ensure that they can receive care and clinical advice when the office is open or closed, and support you in managing their care at home. We are committed to providing equal care regardless of your course of payment and will assist you in obtaining insurance plans we accept. In order to best care for your children, we ask that you provide us with their complete medical history and information about care received outside of the practice.
We support behavioral health care needs through our partnership with other community mental health providers.

Asthma Patients: In order to provide the highest quality care we follow up with our patients with Asthma every six months or more often as needed. 86% of our patients with Asthma have been seen in our office within the last six months.
Lab Tests: It is our goal to call every patient with results of every test. We have shared all results within a timely period for 94% of all tests.
Patient Experience: All locations have comment cards available and patients are encouraged to complete the cards and make suggestions. We use the suggestions to improve, grow and make our practices more patient friendly and accessible. 99% of all patients were pleased with their visit to our offices
