Susan Sirota, MD
Dr. Sirota received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Tufts University. She completed her Internship and Residency at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (formerly Children’s Memorial Hospital) where she also served as a Chief Resident in pediatrics. Dr. Sirota is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Pediatrics at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Sirota is interested in medical education and teaches Northwestern University medical students and Lurie Children’s Hospital’s pediatric residents. She enjoys taking care of patients from birth through the teen years. She is interested in all areas of pediatric medicine with special interest in complex chronic illness, developmental pediatrics and injury prevention. Dr. Sirota serves as Chairman of the Board of PediaTrust, is a member of the Children’s Community Physicians Association Board of Directors and a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Jewish Genetics. She is married with two daughters and a son. She is an avid skier and also enjoys playing tennis, reading and cheering for her children at their sporting events.
