Susan Sirota, MD
Dr. Sirota received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Tufts University. She completed her Internship and Residency at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (formerly Children’s Memorial Hospital) where she also served as a Chief Resident in pediatrics. Dr. Sirota is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Pediatrics at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Sirota is interested in medical education and teaches Northwestern University medical students and Lurie Children’s Hospital’s pediatric residents. She enjoys taking care of patients from birth through the teen years. She is interested in all areas of pediatric medicine with special interest in complex chronic illness, developmental pediatrics and injury prevention. Dr. Sirota serves as Chairman of the Board of PediaTrust, is a founding member of Stand Strong Coalition a youth substance use prevention community coalition, and a member of the AAP National Conference and Exhibition Planning Group. She is married with two daughters and a son. She is an avid skier and also enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time pursuing outdoor activities with her family.
