As part of our efforts to keep all of you as safe and healthy as possible, we will be implementing several changes at our offices effective immediately:
Our Gurnee location will be temporarily closed. For our patients who currently have appointments scheduled at our Gurnee location, our staff will be contacting you directly to reschedule.
Our Lincolnshire location will be adjusting our hours to 9am-5 pm Monday-Friday, and we will not be offering Saturday appointments until further notice.
In an effort to minimize any risk to you and your family, please remember that we offer virtual visits using your computer, smartphone, or tablet. Please visit www.pediatrust.com/virtualvisits for more information on how virtual visits work and how to register.
Call our Lincolnshire office at (847) 821-9500 to schedule your virtual appointment or if you have any questions.
Upon calling or upon scheduling an appointment with us, you will be asked if you, your child, or anyone in your household has traveled internationally within the last 14 days, or has had contact with a known, lab-confirmed case of Coronavirus. If this is the case, our staff will advise you on your next steps and will help coordinate your care.
We are trying our best to limit the number of people in our office, so we ask that you please limit the number of family members present. If possible, leave siblings who do not need to be seen at home and have only one parent/guardian come in with the patient. Since the elderly are more at risk, if possible, please try not to have grandparents bring your child in.
For our After-hours Care service in Libertyville and Wheaton, the doors will now be locked and will have instructions posted on calling to answer our screening questions before you will be seen by one of our physicians until further notice. The Arlington Heights After-hours Care clinic is temporarily closed. For more information including the recently updated hours, visit https://pediatrust.com/services/after-hours-care/.
As a precaution, we do have protective equipment on hand if there is a suspected case of Coronavirus, and we have CDC-recommended protocols in place. We are continuing to sanitize everything in our office regularly for your safety.

Your child’s health is our first priority. We will be providing more updates as more information becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office- we’re here when you need us.
