As part of our efforts to keep all of you as safe and healthy as possible, we will be implementing several changes at our offices effective immediately:

We will be scheduling all well visits in the morning and all sick visits in the afternoon/evening. Rather than having patients in the waiting room, we will be placing you in a room immediately as you arrive for your appointment. If there is a wait time, we will have designated waiting areas for sick and well patients.

Upon calling or upon scheduling an appointment with us, you will be asked if you, your child, or anyone in your household has traveled internationally within the last 14 days, or has had contact with a known, lab-confirmed case of Coronavirus. If this is the case, our staff will advise you on your next steps and will help coordinate your care.

We are trying our best to limit the number of people in our offices, so we ask that you please limit the number of family members present. If possible, leave siblings who do not need to be seen at home and have only one parent/guardian come in with the patient. Since the elderly are more at risk, if possible, please try not to have grandparents bring your child in.

For our After-hours Care service in Libertyville and Wheaton, the doors will now be locked and will have instructions posted on calling to answer our screening questions before you will be seen by one of our physicians until further notice. The Arlington Heights After-hours Care clinic is temporarily closed. For more information including the recently updated hours, visit

In an effort to minimize any risk to you and your family, please remember that we now offer virtual visits using your computer, smartphone, or tablet every day between 8:00 a.m.-9:00 pm, as well as On-Demand visits before office hours. Please visit for more information on how virtual visits work and how to register. Once registered, simply call our office to schedule your virtual visit, just like with any other appointment!

As a precaution, we do have protective equipment on hand if there is a suspected case of Coronavirus, and we have CDC-recommended protocols in place. We are continuing to sanitize everything in our office regularly for your safety.
