We’re here when you need us, in-person and virtually! With virtual visits, you can connect with one of our PediaTrust pediatricians in minutes, no matter where you are!
What is a virtual visit? A virtual visit is a consultation, health check, or sick visit with a PediaTrust pediatrician via video conferencing, secure messaging through our MyChart portal, or over the phone! Virtual care creates more convenience for you, and your child gets the quality care that you know and trust! We offer scheduled visits or On-Demand visits with one of our PediaTrust pediatricians.
What are On-Demand virtual visits? We offer On-Demand virtual visits Monday-Friday between 7:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. This means if your child wakes up sick before your pediatrician’s office has opened for the day, you can simply log in, request a virtual visit, and connect with a PediaTrust doctor from the comfort of your own home! Check the “On-Demand” section below for practice codes.
What are scheduled virtual visits? Our doctors offer scheduled virtual visits just like a normal appointment! After registering, call the office during normal hours to schedule a time to see your child’s pediatrician from the comfort of home. Check below for practice codes!
How much is a virtual visit?
Ask your insurance company if your plan covers virtual visits. We bill for telemedicine visits (through the Anytime Pediatrics app), telephone consultations, and MyChart secure messaging encounters in accordance with insurance guidelines.
