Virtual Visits Available for All Kids!

 

We’re here when you need us, whether you’re a PediaTrust patient or not! With our virtual visits, you can connect with one of our pediatricians in minutes, no matter where you are! See below for hours and registration information.

On-Demand Virtual Visit Hours for Non-PediaTrust patients:

Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

*Please let your PediaTrust Virtual Pediatrician know who your child’s regular pediatrician is so that we can notify them of your child’s visit.

 

After-hours Virtual Visits:

 

To initiate a virtual visit during evening hours, simply call one of our AHC locations during their regular hours:

Libertyville: (847) 499-2642 

  • Monday – Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Wheaton: (847) 499-2640

  • Sundays only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

How do I get started?

 

You can access a virtual visit from a smartphone, tablet, or computer, but the smartphone works best for examining your child. Follow the instructions or view the video below.

 

To register on your computer:

 

1) Click here to begin registration.

2) When prompted, type in our Practice Code: 6300.

3) You will then have the option to request a virtual visit during the hours listed below.

Please note: At this time, the Anytime Pediatrics portal does not support the Safari browser. We recommend Google Chrome, but we also support the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera. 

 

To register on mobile (view video below):

 

    • Download the Anytime Pediatrics app from the App Store or Google Play. 
    • When prompted, type in our Practice Code: 6300. 
    • You will then have the option to request a virtual visit during the hours listed below.

 

 

How much is a virtual visit?

 

Ask your insurance company if your plan covers virtual visits. We bill for telemedicine visits (through the Anytime Pediatrics app), telephone consultations, and MyChart secure messaging encounters in accordance with insurance guidelines.
